Meet Kaikor

I was at one of the lowest points in my life – demotivated , battling my mental health, and carrying around some extra weight that seemed to be weighing me down both physically and emotionally.
Sound familiar? Well, despite this I stayed resilient with fitness and healthy living. It wasn't easy, though. I stumbled into the gym as a complete newbie, and lost puppy. Fast forward four months, and I had managed to shed 15 kilograms! I am so glad I refused to give up on myself.
But let's face it - getting in shape isn't easy. I wish I knew what I was doing in the beginning.
It would have saved me so much time wasted from watching some random workout on YouTube, starving myself on a silly diet, or winging it on the first machine I see at the gym.
So why am I telling you all this? Because I want you to know that I've been where you are – struggling, doubting, and feeling like you'll never reach your goals. But trust me, you've got what it takes to crush those goals and then some!
