  • HOW LONG TILL I SEE RESULTS?

You can participate in the coaching program as long as you like. But it is
advised a minimum of 3 months to see a visible change. Please know it is YOUR EFFORTS that will also determine your results and progress.

  • HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

We focus on completing a 12-week (3-month) program, or we can focus on 6
months of coaching for those who want to start their journey at a steadier
pace.

  •  HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO WORK OUT?

Please dedicate 4-5 days of workouts; there is a 4 or 5-day workout split.

  • CAN I WORK OUT AT HOME?

This is a gym-based program, but where applicable, we might be able to
substitute some workouts for home workouts. If this is the case, you need to

  • HOW IS THE SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT MADE?

You can opt to invest in a weekly or monthly payment plan. Please see the Terms and Conditions document for more details. The start date is at least 1 week from booking due to set-up time.
