  • HOW LONG TILL I SEE RESULTS?

You can participate in the coaching program as long as you like. But it is
advised a minimum of 3 months to see a visible change. Please know it is YOUR EFFORTS that will also determine your results and progress.

  • HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

We focus on completing at least a 12-week(3-month) program, but as long as you like!

  •  HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO WORK OUT?

Please dedicate at least 3-5 days of workouts.

  • CAN I WORK OUT AT HOME?

This is a gym-based program, but where applicable, we may be able to
substitute some workouts for home workouts. If this is the case, you need to
Purchase dumbbells and resistance bands.

  • HOW IS THE SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT MADE?

You can opt to invest in a weekly or monthly payment plan. Please see the Terms and Conditions document for more details. The start date is at least 1 week from booking due to set-up time.
